Crafted from ice-hardened German stainless steel with a 15° taper-ground edge, this knife provides lasting sharpness and controlled performance. Full tang construction ensures the blade runs through the handle for optimal balance and strength.

The ergonomic handle contains up to 10% wheat straw material to help reduce virgin plastic use while maintaining comfort and durability. Dishwasher safe and backed by a 10-year Zyliss guarantee.
